When shoes are repaired there can be a slight difference to how they feel when you last wore them. This can be due to a number of reasons, for example going to a rubber sole from a leather sole. Although your shoes will be old and well loved, new materials are always going to feel different when under foot. This is totally normal, think of this as like breaking in the shoe again. It won’t take as long as the first time you broke them in, but there might be a slight difference initially. It could also just be you need to get used to the new cork footbed or just something as minor as getting used to unworn heels and soles. Please be aware of this when choosing to have your old shoes repaired. Any major discomfort, please get in touch.

I am not liable for any lost items during transit. Hence the signed for and tracked postage I require. This is to mitigate any possible chance of this occurring.

I offer a 6 month guarantee on small scale jobs (Toe plates, heels and topys) and a 1 year guarantee on all full and half soles. If you have any issues after the repair, please get in touch.
